Shipments

Your pack shipment

We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable standard shipping method possible.  Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military Post. Most shipments will be shipped by UPS (United Parcel Service) We do not require an adult signature for deliveries, but please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name on the note.

Items will ship together whenever possible. You should expect your package to arrive within 10 business days from the date your order was placed.

Items marked FREE SHIPPING! on the product page will ship for free! In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated at checkout and covers ground shipping within the continental United States. We won't surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see at check out, is the price you pay, with one exception: if you are shipping an order to Washington or California we are required to charge sales tax.  Free shipping applies to items shipped to a single address. We are not able to split shipments.

For the purposes of this site the term "SHIPPING" is used to display the SHIPPING & HANDLING cost associated with your purchase.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. 

Additional shipping charges will apply for orders delivered within Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico. This shipping rate will be calculated at checkout.
